We partnered with Microsoft to develop a repeatable storytelling system for capturing and scaling customer evidence across its global partner ecosystem.

Over the course of a year, we worked closely with Microsoft teams and a diverse set of partners across AI, cloud, fintech, education, supply chain, and autonomous systems. The work involved travelling internationally, spending time with founders, engineers, researchers, and developers, and documenting how these organisations were building, growing, and innovating with Microsoft technologies.

Rather than treating each film as a standalone testimonial, the focus was on building a consistent, human-first framework. One that could adapt to different industries, access levels, and production constraints, while maintaining a unified narrative language and visual identity. As the series evolved, the approach became increasingly documentary-led, prioritising natural conversation, lived experience, and authentic voice.

The result is an end-to-end storytelling system that delivers a primary partner film, supporting character stories, and a broader content ecosystem designed to perform across platforms and evolve over time. The work supports Microsoft’s customer evidence strategy with stories that feel modern, credible, and human, while remaining scalable, efficient, and built for long-term use.
